Delivery - The Forest Collection
Please give us as much information as possible to ensure accurate delivery.
If for any reason we get to the location and we are unable to determine correct address, delivery location or recipient, delivery will be forfeit. We will contact you immediately to work it out, but another delivery may need to be scheduled.

Do you deliver?
Yes we sure do.
We currently offer 2 delivery days.
- Wednesday between 8:30am - 6pm
- Friday between 8:30am - 6pm
The above time frames are indicative only. We aim to deliver between the above mentioned times, but unfortunately cannot lock in or guarantee an exact time for delivery.
How much is delivery?
To aid with current social distancing regulations, we are currently offering FREE contactless delivery to Geelong suburbs!
Why can't I order for same day, or next day delivery?
Most of our products are hand made, to order.
Every kokedama, hydro plant, potted plant and gift box is carefully put together by hand, every time. We do not mass produce, and we take care with each and every order.
As with many handmade products, our kokedamas in particular are a time consuming product to make. With high demand, delivering ourselves and only one set of hands to run the show - for our business to run efficiently we need time to put together all of your orders.
With this in mind, we need a minimum 48 hrs notice for all orders prior to our delivery days - to allow us enough time to get everything made, packed, and out the door.
Therefore our checkout process will not allow orders for same day or next day delivery.
E.g: If you require a delivery on our Wednesday run, order cutoff is midnight on Monday. For Friday delivery, order cutoff is Wednesday midnight.
We understand this doesn't suit every need, and sometimes we can help out with short notice orders, however as our business grows and we get busier, we can't always accommodate.
To avoid disappointment, allow enough time and get your orders in early! You can place your orders up to 3 weeks in advance!
Do I have to be home to receive delivery?
You sure don't. Ideally you or the recipient will be home to receive, but we are happy to drop your delivery off at the door in a safe and secure position, if you are happy for us to. All unattended deliveries will have a quick picture taken to confirm delivery has been made.
Which areas do you deliver to?
Most local Geelong suburbs and some surrounds. Full postcode list below.
Why aren't all Greater Geelong areas included in your delivery area?
We would love to service the entire greater Geelong region, but everything takes time. We are a one man + one cat operation and do everything ourselves, including our deliveries! Between running the business, sourcing beautiful plants, making kokedams and all of the other incidentals - our hands and paws are quite full!
As we grow (pun intended), more frequent options will become available.
I'm not located in your delivery area, can you post to me?
Some products, yes!
But for our plants and kokedamas in particular, at this stage, unfortunately not.
Our products are quite fragile and we want to make sure you receive the best quality product in the best possible condition. Plus, I'm not quite ready to trust anyone else to deliver these in pristine condition. Let's face it, we'd all be pretty upset if you received a product that looked like a smashed pavlova!
Postage/courier is something we are working on and hope to have something in place sometime in the near future (all sounds very vague doesn't it?!).
For now though, we only deliver ourselves by hand on the above days & times and to the above locations.
Can I pick up?
PLEASE NOTE: Due to Covid19 restrictions, pickup is not currently available.
I can't pick up and I'm not in your delivery area, can we arrange something?
Get in touch with us and we will try to work something out! We aim to please, but sometimes our schedule is hectic!
Can you deliver to my workplace?
Sure can! As long as it is in our delivery zone, we will deliver!
Do you deliver on public holidays?
No, unfortunately we don't. We will be sleeping in and having a lovely breakfast in bed!
What if I gave you the incorrect delivery information, or want to change the delivery address?
Please get in touch with us ASAP if you think you may have given us the wrong information.
We will update your details on our end, and will deliver to suit these revised details.
What if I change my mind and would like something different?
Get in touch with us ASAP! Our kokedamas are hand made to order, so as much notice as possible is needed.
A minimum of 48hrs notice will be required for both cancellations and change of mind.
